How it works

A clear path from intent to editable result.

  1. 01

    Define the brand boundary

Save primary, accent, background, and text colors with a typography pair and concise voice guidance.

  2. 02

    Attach the approved logo

The Brand Kit stores one stable asset reference while the logo bytes remain in the shared Asset store.

  3. 03

    Checkpoint and apply

Retake captures the current document, then applies the reviewed brand change as one undoable batch.

FAQ

Questions about brand kit.

Does a Brand Kit flatten the design?

No. It updates native design and layer properties, so typography, color, images, and copy remain editable.

Where is the logo stored?

The kit stores only the asset ID. The immutable logo bytes and metadata remain in the shared Asset store.

Can I maintain more than one brand?

Yes. Save multiple Brand Kits and choose a kit for each design. A new design can also start without a brand.
