Content and licenses
Content and commercial-use boundary.
Check the rights attached to your inputs and design assets before publishing. Using a design tool does not automatically clear third-party rights.
Your inputs
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process product images, logos, copy, fonts, and other source material. A metadata label such as “user-provided” records provenance; it does not grant rights.
Generated output
Generated output may resemble existing material, contain errors, or require disclosures. Review the final design, advertising claims, marketplace rules, and applicable rights before commercial publication.
All inputs and generated content must also comply with the AI Acceptable Use Policy in our Terms of Service, including its prohibited content categories and reporting process.
Templates and examples
Templates can provide editable layers; image-only examples are visual references, not fully editable source files. Example assets, recipes, and copy do not transfer rights to third-party trademarks, platform interfaces, fonts, or stock material.
Third-party services and assets
Connected AI providers and external assets can carry their own acceptable-use, retention, and license terms. Check the source and license information supplied with an asset and preserve any required attribution. Contact support if you need help identifying an asset's source or applicable terms.
